About the Program

Auburn Strong is a 6-week fitness program designed to boost strength, enhance cardiovascular fitness, and improve flexibility, all while fostering a supportive community. Meeting four times a week for 45 minutes, sessions will focus on a specific aspect of fitness — ensuring a well-rounded, sustainable approach to your health journey. Whether you're a beginner or looking to elevate your fitness game, this program is designed for all fitness levels.

The program includes weekly fitness classes, training, group exercise, nutrition tips, a Group Fitness Class Pass, and more!
