About the event
Registration on RWC Connect throughout the event.
Cost: FREE
Dates: Jan. 19 - Feb. 1
Participants can do any of the three lifts throughout the two weeks: Bench, deadlift, and squat.
Prizes: male and female winners for each lift will get a Den hoodie. The overall winners will get a Power Pass for the semester!
