Your Path To Personalized, Goal-Oriented Wellness

Wellness Coaching is a personalized, goal-oriented program designed to help you navigate your unique wellness journey. Whether you’re looking to improve your physical health, manage stress, build better habits, or enhance overall life balance, our certified wellness coaches are here to support you every step of the way.

Through one-on-one sessions, you’ll collaborate with your coach to identify your goals, explore challenges, and develop actionable steps tailored to your needs. This holistic program focuses on fostering self-awareness, building resilience, and empowering you to create sustainable changes that support your well-being.

Areas of Support

  • Improved sleep hygiene practices

  • Increased movement and exercise

  • Nutrition

  • Stress and anxiety management

  • Self-care

  • Interpersonal relationships

  • Time management

  • Adjustment to college life

  • Getting connected on campus

How It Works

The first session lasts up to 60 minutes and is held "in-person." For subsequent sessions, you will meet individually, in-person or virtually, with a wellness coach to review your current habits, identify your priorities, and create a realistic action plan.

Follow-up sessions last up to 45 minutes and serve as a space to check-in about your progress, talk through challenges, and revise goals. Most students find that meeting with a wellness coach every two weeks provides optimal support, while allowing adequate time to work on your long and short-term goals.

Fees

All enrolled students have access to six wellness coaching sessions free of charge.

There are certain situations where the needs of an individual cannot be met by wellness coaching alone.

In those situations, you will be directed to a therapist, dietitian, or other trained healthcare professional. You may still be able to hold sessions with a wellness coach to work on the goal setting process related to the advice given by your healthcare provider.
